"Pretty easy to use overall"
I found what I needed quickly, and checkout was mostly smooth. Nothing really gave me trouble. If you’re ordering from the site, I’d just say take a quick look over your cart before paying, but overall it was an easy experience.

"Warranty support left me feeling brushed off"
I did eventually get help with my warranty issue, but the whole process took longer than I expected. It kind of felt like my concerns weren’t being taken seriously, and I had to wait around more than I should have. It got resolved in the end, but the support experience was just okay.

I ordered from virginialivingstore.com and the shipping cost was fair, like actually fair. It wasn’t one of those sites where the price looks okay and then boom, boom, the shipping is way too high at checkout. Everything was clear before I paid, no weird surprise fees at the end. My order showed up just fine too, so yeah, 5 stars from me

I ordered from virginialivingstore.com and everything showed up just like it was supposed to. The sizes were right, the items matched my order, nothing was missing. It did take a little longer than I expected, it wasn’t a huge deal though. Overall it was a fine experience and I’d order from them again

I ordered a couple things from virginialivingstore.com after browsing around one night while I was half-watching TV, and the quality was better than I expected. The material feels sturdy and doesn’t have that cheap look some stuff has when it shows up in person. One of the pieces did have a tiny little finish mark on it, but it’s not super noticeable and definitely wasn’t worth packing it back up and dealing with a return. Overall, I’m happy with everything and would probably order from them again

"Pretty good shop overall"
Had a smooth experience ordering here. Everything was easy to find and the checkout was quick. I did ask support a small question and they basically said something like, “No worries, we’ll help you get it sorted,” which was nice. Overall, a good shop and I’d use it again.

"Bad first impression with the stock info"
I ordered a chair that was listed as in stock, so I thought everything was good to go. A few days later, I got an email saying it actually wasn’t available. Not a great first impression, honestly. It was frustrating because I had to start the whole search over again and look somewhere else.

"Nice-looking sofa, comfort is okay"
I got this sofa delivered maybe a couple weeks ago, or it might’ve been earlier this month, I can’t remember exactly. Delivery went smoothly and it does look really nice in the room. The only thing is it feels a little firm after you’ve been sitting on it for a while. It’s not uncomfortable exactly, just not as cozy as I was hoping.

I’m giving 4 stars because my order actually showed up on the day they said it would, so at least I didn’t have to waste time chasing it down or making calls. Tracking was decent enough, though I still had to keep checking it, which is always a bit of a hassle. The box had a small dent in it, but everything inside was fine. Overall, reliable delivery, and I’d order again if I needed something

"Helpful customer service"
I had a little problem with my shipping info and sent them an email, thinking it might take a while to hear back. But someone replied quickly and got it sorted without any hassle. They were nice about it too, which I appreciated. Nothing too dramatic, just a smooth experience overall

"Delivery was just okay"
My order showed up a little later than I was expecting, which was kind of annoying but not the end of the world. Delivery could definitely be faster, though. Other than that, everything was fine enough, nothing amazing, nothing awful.

"Good overall, but the box was a little rough"
My order showed up on time and the item itself was totally fine. The outside box had a noticeable dent and looked a bit beat up, but luckily nothing inside was damaged. I think a little more padding would help. I am still happy with it overall.

I returned one of my items to Virginia Living Store because it just wasn’t quite what I needed. The return process was easy enough to follow, and I didn’t run into any real issues getting it sent back.
The only downside was that the refund took a few days longer than I thought it would. I did check in with support once, and they got back to me, so it all worked out in the end. A friend had recommended the store to me, and overall I’d still say it was a decent experience, just not the fastest refund.
